Despite the age and condition of the place, they make it work Shower head is quirky, and the hvac is far too noisy, but we got used to each other in the end. Thanks to a crack cleaning staff, the floors remain in good shape.

Smelled of cigarettes. I found a cigarette butt under my bed. The floor was yucky. There was no waste basket. Electric outlets did not work properly. The cooling unit did not work properly. The bathtub was clean and I did enjoy a bath.

Hotel has aged but the rooms are spacious and clean. The front staff are bit sad/depressed but helpful. My shower didn't work as it was broken to the point that you can't turn on the water. I only discovered the morning of checking out as I only stayed 1 night. Had to take shower in a other unoccupied room. Breakfast was included but looked sad so I skipped it. Luckily, this location is next to a bunch of restaurants that you can walk to. If you only need to crash over night, it's comfortable and fine. Location is good.

The pool is closed for an extended period of time due to the hot tub issues. The older manager is nice-ish when you are in the room, and generally lenient but she's stern. Also, the blow dryer didn't work in rm 139. Although...just to let the general public know, they have roaches right now.

Paid, Stayed, 7-days. had to change room, after first night." Room not cleaned, coffee maker & micro wave filthy. Bathroom-Fan & wall mount A/C, Loud & Noisy. Asked to have this attendened to. Returned 8-hours later and nothing. I insisted on another room. New room as one expect clean! King bed matress lumpie. Asked for new bath towels, and nothing, Asked to have room made up 4th. on forth day, Nothing. Went to front desk to get towels in person and & got them. Checked out, only hope the next person gets a clean room...

This stay was unacceptable. The room was dirty and poorly maintained; stained carpet and bedding, a leaking and dirty fridge, dust and debris everywhere, and damaged fixtures. Under the bed and even at the bottom of the mattress there was visible trash. We couldn’t even sleep comfortably because of how unclean it was. It clearly was not properly cleaned or inspected before check-in. This falls well below basic hotel standards. I am requesting a refund and would not stay here again.

Pool looks old and long over do to be resurfaced ac unit panel that was in my room was broken and had to operate it by stoning pen inside to push the button and lights didn’t work we had to use the ones on the head board and the room smelled of heavy dog urine or just dogs in general

It was clean but the first time I stayed there the room lights didn’t work we had to use the bed lights and the second time we stayed there the the room smelled like dog urine and the ac/heater unit control panel was broke u had to stick a pen in it to turn it on cause I wasn’t stickin my finger in there. Also the doors on the side buildings are all broke and don’t shut so security is basically limited to room anybody can walk inside the building with out goin to lobby
