"Room was perfect and super clean"

"This the third time our group has stayed at this location. It is located out a short ride from town without the noise. Check-in is easy and the rooms are comfortable. We had nine adults lounging in the living room watching movies and chatting. Plenty of parking for our motorcycles and the chase car. Beautiful views of the inlet. We will probably come here again next year. "

"The stay was great, the location was great, one block from the beach. He were able to grill some food and have a great time on the deck. House was big enough to accommodate all of us (8) and still had room for more. Host let us check in a little earlier which was great as we did not want to be caring our luggage around. "I never even entered the residence. The pictures must be from 1980. The outside was so disgusting and not the advertised photos I never checked into the house. I ended up booking another house on the fly thx to sand n sea properties. These people at beach box are thieves. So the 800 dollars they got from me with their answer “ oh that’s just cosmetic “ should tell you everything. It’s dirty!!!"

"We had a wonderful stay at this spacious Texas rental home. The whole family enjoyed it! The house was clean and easy to navigate, with plenty of room for everyone. We especially appreciated the extra kitchen space and well-stocked appliances. The pool was a great bonus, and fishing off the dock made for some memorable moments. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway."
