● Beach access: Less than a minute drive from the Bermuda Beach community access point.

● WIFI/Cable: We provide free high-speed WIFI and Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own streaming service apps.

● Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed.

● Parking: There is room for up to 4 cars in the driveway.

Step inside and you`ll be welcomed into a bright, open-concept living space full of generous natural light. The kitchen, dining area, and living room flow seamlessly together, creating a perfect space for gathering.

Three bedrooms are located on this main level. Two bedrooms each have a queen-size bed, and the third bedroom includes a twin bunk bed set—great for families or groups traveling with kids. On the ground level you will find the fourth bedroom in a separate suite with a queen-sized bed and full bathroom.

Whether you`re enjoying the beach or gathering inside for a meal with friends and family, Cozy Haven offers a comfortable experience with everything you need for a memorable coastal stay.

● Cancellation Policy: All cancellations are subject to a 3% credit card processing fee.

● Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip.

● Age Requirement: Guests must be 24+ to book.

House Rules:
- Guests must be 24+ to book the property.
- One-night stays must be approved.
- We do not allow parties.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- Pets are not allowed
- No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied.
- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team.
- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
- Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.
