We did not utilize the amenities. There is just so much food and drink out in the city that it was never the plan. But the breakfast/communal space appeared to be welcoming. The most important thing is the location. While technically not far from the city center, it is located within a 15 minute walk but on a questionable street. For those who seek a more secure and friendly surrounding, look for a tourist friendly spot closer to the main square. Photos on the website are accurate but lack in reality. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was standard and kept clean. Air conditioning was not cold and I do not think it ever got cold. Overall, it is a nice and affordable place to stay. It is a hostel and feels more hotel than hostel. Much nicer than others I have been in throughout Europe.

Cleanliness was an issue for me. The Hotel wasn't clean therefore I felt unclean. Dust on the wall attached hair dryer and a lot of other surfaces. No bathmat, no washcloths, scratchy towels. Bed linens were the bear minimum, one crummy pillow, and just sheets, no blanket option. One member on staff running around trying to do everything, front desk, paperwork, checking if rooms are ready, answering to customers, leaving the front dest un attended when customers need to get help and out the door. All I want to say is I will not be back to stay there.

The place was great. Helpful staff. Bathroom was old and rusty. Ac worked very well

Hotel was as expected nice especially for the price point. Location was great and walkable to alot of shops and food downtown. AC was not working in my room but was not that bad since it was not to hot outside.

1. Unfortunately this property is in the homeless assistance area, there'are a shelter and a dining homeless assistance places and you see them all on the streets and they are always asking for money. 2. The staff working schedule is limited, if you have any incidents, there's no one to assist you 3. They don't change towels even if you leave them on the floor. You have to be present during the staff working hours to request it. I recommend this place just be aware about what I mentioned, however, I won't return to this place
