"Front staff were very helpful. Restaurant staff were not very friendly and it would have been helpful to at least offer coffee in the lobby that was included in the cost of the room. Overall though was an excellent location for the concert we attended."

"Front desk staff was friendly, there was no hot breakfast...just yogurt, bagels, and fruit. Rooms and building were ok, it looked like really old hotel that Spark bought and tried to remodel but still was old. "

"Check in was difficult with a person who we had trouble understanding due to a very heavy accent and who appeared to have difficulty with our expedia reservation. She also refused to believe that I had a disability. The room had a definite musty smell and the carpet looked like it needed to be shampooed. The air conditioning worked but was noisy. The bed was surprisingly comfortable. The shower was far to low on the wall for my 6'6" frame. There was no soap in the soap dispenser or it was broken. The breakfast items were sparse and there were no coffee cups available. The person at the front desk appeared bored and uncaring. The room needs a complete make over and the property is in need of maintenance. Not horrible but I'm sure there are better options in the area"

"When I went to check in the man at the front desk, heavyset white guy had clearly an attitude. He did not want to greet me and when he checked me in, he like shoed me away with his hands like get out of here. Very rude off putting. Some other staff left some of the cleaning supplies in the room other than that everything else seem to be clean in order."

"I checked in and enterered my room to the immediate smell of mold. I walked in the bathroom and there was visible black mold all above the bathtub. The front desk was very kind in understanding my need for a refund. Management seemed conserened. The lobby was stuffy and hot, turn the air on and there might not be mold."

"The hotel is very clean and I noticed the 98% cleanliness rating behind the front desk. The location is very convenient to the highway. I was disappointed because the balconies on the building are fake. You cannot access them. Also you cannot bring your luggage through the front lobby. You have to go around to the back of the hotel to bring in your luggage. At least there are elevators inside the back door. While the hotel is very clean, the clientele is questionable. Two nights I was woken up in the middle of the night by people fighting in the hallway complete with every curse word that you can think of. The hotel should have security checking throughout the hotel to resolve these kinds of issues. I probably would not stay here again because of the clientele."
