"House is on a nice cove and views are great. It is a little dated and we had a minor appliance problem. The exterior is the best part of the home. Nice sitting areas with views and some of the easier access to the water compared to others we stayed at. The dock was a little cumbersome (with the owner’s boat being present) for our rental and we didn’t bring the jet skis due to no ez docks. Parking is very limited, especially with 2 full size pickups. Challenging to turn around if neighbor’s car is parked in a particular location. Accessing the basement from the exterior isn’t ideal, especially when the weather isn’t cooperating. Was nice though for the teenagers to have their own space while there. Received a notice on our last day about a boiled water advisory due to the water supply. Not ideal while on vacation. This house ranks mid-tier compared to others we’ve rented at similar price point."

"Beware in renting this place because you won't want to leave ever. The house is beautifully updated everywhere with a fully functional kitchen, a deck for grilling and drinking morning coffee outside, a really beautiful firepit for summer nights and a gigantic dock. Spent time on the dock during the day and got the jet skis we brought over and then watched movies at night on the Google TV. Oh also, the host was a cool friendly guy, I texted him back and forth over the weekend and the neighborhood the house is in was so friendly. Lots of families and good people. Can't recommend enough, this place is great would stay again five stars across the board."

"Matt was great! Very responsive and helpful. He gave us directions, recommendations and checked in to see how we were doing. House was wonderful- it included floats and a paddle board which was awesome! Would definitely recommend. Only thing I would note is the stairs down to the dock are steep but totally doable. :)"
