"We had a great time at this property. Lots of space and bathrooms. The floatable dock was big and we were able to safely swim, hang out, kayak, and paddleboard. The house was clean and the community amenities were accessible. We were able to hang out on a little beach on the property and swim across the cove to Cairns Island.The place was a quick ride to Promiseland State Park and Beyond Bagel is a great breakfast spot!The steps are steep down to the water just to keep in mind if anyone has mobility issues."

"Excellent location with beautiful view of the water. Very clean, and decorated beautifully! Several outside seating areas with 2 grills and a fire pit. The walkway down to the dock was a little difficult maneuvering the stones where the handrail ended!"

"Very nice property, conveniently located directly across the street from boat dock, a boat ramp, and a kayak launch area right on Lake Wallenpaupack. The community also includes a pool if the weather is particularly hot, official pond, and some other conveniences. Communication with the host was phenomenal, and we had plenty of pre-trip communication as well as a couple of questions that got answered promptly in real-time while we were staying at the property. This is a very quaint & charming older home in an absolutely awesome location."

"House is on a nice cove and views are great. It is a little dated and we had a minor appliance problem. The exterior is the best part of the home. Nice sitting areas with views and some of the easier access to the water compared to others we stayed at. The dock was a little cumbersome (with the owner’s boat being present) for our rental and we didn’t bring the jet skis due to no ez docks. Parking is very limited, especially with 2 full size pickups. Challenging to turn around if neighbor’s car is parked in a particular location. Accessing the basement from the exterior isn’t ideal, especially when the weather isn’t cooperating. Was nice though for the teenagers to have their own space while there. Received a notice on our last day about a boiled water advisory due to the water supply. Not ideal while on vacation. This house ranks mid-tier compared to others we’ve rented at similar price point."
