"Our room had stairs - didn’t realize when booking.
Large bright windows and high ceiling was a nice change from other hotels in our stay.
Shower floods into floor. Used all our towels daily to keep it dry. Very slippery.
Toilets seem to have difficulty flushing.
They do not give hand soap - Daiso to the rescue.
Bedding was clean and comfortable.
Check out said 12:00 but they called at 11:30 to say it’s time to go and that it is 11:00. No problems when though as I showed them the booking. "

"Deluxe twin room was spacious enough for all of our suitcases and even had a walk in closet, we wish we stayed longer but we only had 2 days as part of a longer trip. They have a washing machine and all other amenities, and if you get the lift to the B1 level you can access the subway station. "
