"We had a brilliant stay with communication leading up to the holiday being excellent. Azzurra is such a lovely woman, very helpful and provided a beautiful house for us to stay in with everything you would ever need. Hairdryer, washing machine, dryer, iron & board, everything. Even the coffee capsules for the machine were all included. The house is brilliant, with a large master bedroom, smaller second room and double sofa bed downstairs. The garden area is stunning. 1000sq mts set over 3 tires....

"Recently renovated cottage on the top of a hill, equipped with everything you need. There is a well maintained garden and swimming pool on the plot. The location is very private. When the host is on site, he makes you feel very welcome!"

"Wir waren 1 Woche in dem Haus, wir hatten leider Pech mit dem Wetter, aber Licio (der Eigentümer) hat sich sehr gut um uns gekümmert und uns viele Vorschläge für Aktivitäten gemacht. Das Grundstück ist riesig und besonders für einen Urlaub mit Hund geeignet, da es rundum sehr gut abgesichert und eingezäunt ist. Unserem Hund hat es sehr gut gefallen. Licio war sehr zuvorkommend und hat mehrmals den Pool für uns gereinigt. Auch der spontane Besuch unserer Freunde war kein Problem - Licio brachte...

"Perfect location. Beautiful villa. The hosts were so accommodating and friendly. It’s a magical place. The only thing to take into consideration is the drive from the bottom of the mountain to the villa: it can be a little tricky up the hill if you’re in a small car. "Very quiet place off the beaten track. You need a car to get to town. Owner was very nice and helpful. Apartment is small but has everything that is needed. To get to the bath room at night is a little challenging but we managed. We would rent it again if we come to the area."

"Die An- und Abreise durch das Gebirge war gewöhnungsbedürftig! Der Pool wird erst am 1.6. eröffnet, nicht wie in der Annonce am 1.5.! Der Wasserdruck war leider auch zu niedrig, so dass Duschen und Haare waschen etwas problematisch waren. Maria hat das aber durch ihre nette herzliche Art gut ausgeglichen. Wir würden auch wieder hinfahren!"

The pool and facilities (swing, table tennis, football pitch etc) were superb. Views were incredible and the area was so peaceful. Highly recommend this villa for a restful break!"

Deborah was the most superb host and went out of her way to help us, even taking us to the supermarket on our first day, booking a table at a local restaurant for us as well as lots of advice and assistance about the local area. "The property itself is beautiful - set atop a hill overlooking fields and vines. The house we stay in, the landscaping and the pool are just stunning. The hosts go above and beyond just being nice! They helped us reserve a lunch spot, gave other local recommendations and so much more. We used this property as a home base to visit Anghiari, Arezzo, Florence, and Montepulciano, which are all pretty close via car. Die Umgebung ist absolut traumhaft und war in unserem Urlaubszeitraum angenehm ruhig. Die Nachbarschaft und die Bewohner sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. "Gorgeous location, but not easily accessible. Lots of room, but, in cooler weather, difficult to utilize all the spaces. We loved Uwe, the caretaker, who bent over backwards to help us with everything. Maybe a summer trip would be a better choice ."
