"Lucca is a beautiful city and this property was in the heart of all the shopping and walkable to museums and cathedrals.
The check in and out was automated so we didn’t have interactions with the staff. "
"This is the third time I have stayed in this hotel and what a gem it really is.
Perfectly located within the walls - pretty much in the centre of everything.
Rooms are clean / modern / upmarket functional. Nothing else needed as far as bedroom is concerned.
Breakfast also is excellent- simple food at its best Italian style.
No swimming pools here but just a really good place to stay. Staff also were super helpful- big thanks."
"Wonderful stay in a charming city. We enjoyed how nice and convenient this hotel was. They even provided a very thoughtful surprise when they discovered it was my birthday! A really great choice in the wonderful town of Lucca!"
"We loved our stay. The hosts were fabulous. The food was fabulous. We did have a little difficulty finding it. As it is in the center of town, but somewhat hidden."
"Beautifully maintained property. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Cleanliness is great. Breakfast is also sufficient. I would definitely return to this hotel."
