"All in all the hotel prosperity was well maintained. However our bathroom suffered from a poorly draining shower pan where water would collect and spill onto bathroom floor. Also, the pump for the body soap dispenser did not work. Minor issues but the housekeeping staff seems oblivious to it. What bothered me the most was the litter around the property. Napoli is a famously dirty city, but the street vendors (mostly African immigrants) leave their rubbish everywhere after each day and the hotel staff does nothing to address it. The street vendors are also extremely loud from morning till end of day. It’s really disappointing that so few Neapolitans take so little pride in their city."
