"We were in the Executive room with 2 double beds. Very comfortable, room size was very good, the shower was amazing. Room was very clean, the staff were very nice and the breakfast had lots of options with a great coffee machine. A little pricy, but was worth it. "

Useful app for communicating with staff, ordering buggy service, etc. Cons: Thai food at Hilltop was not good. You’ll have to take a cab to see much of anything outside the resort. If you have accessibility needs, this might not be the hotel for you. It’s built into a slope, and although there are buggies, they don’t go to your door necessarily and don’t run in the rain. We had a rat in our ceiling, but they did find it and clean up quickly. They offered to move us and gave us a fruit bowl as apology. "

"The room was clean and the staff were always very courteous and knowledgeable. The laundry service was good to have and the gym and the pool were beautiful. The Viva restaurant, however is way overpriced for an average quality food. The ribeye steak was as tough as they come and over cooked. The coffee which cost about $5 was about 2 ounces. But there are other places to enjoy good food very cheap, so the Viva was a one timer. "
