Good stay

We stayed overnight before leaving to Koh Phi Phi and the hotel was great for this purpose. The staff was friendly and the location was close to rassada pier.

The staff were so lovely and helpful. The family room was simple, nice. Lucky we are a very close family because the bathroom isn’t seperate from the room. The door to the toilet doesn’t seal the room off completely so be prepared to get very well acquainted with the fam’s bathroom sounds and smells. On Sunday the market was on and cars don’t come down the street (but you can walk over to Novotel to get a grab pick up).

The hotel is hidden behind Novotel and is walking distance to many amenities in the area. It is also a short 10 min walk to the heritage area and walking street. The staff friendly and extremely helpful.

Overall, you get what you pay for. Staff were amazing. Room was adequate, but.....! Something needs to be done about sound proofing the rooms. From being able to hear everyones conversations, use of the toilet ( and I don't meam flushing it), to everyones alarms going off - it is dreadful and not in the least restful.

Good location

Good value for the money. Rooms are maybe little bit small but enough for us. Wifi worked well. Refrigerator was not cold enough for my beverage even it was working full blast. Breakfast was good and little bit different each day. Breakfast is until 10:00 am.

friendly staff and cozy room. However, the sound of the air-conditioner was so loud that the sleep was disturbed. The maintenance department was very helpful but there’s no way to fix it well

Basic neat good aircond room

Room is basic small, clean and tidy aircond is very good. Bed is comfi but with 1 pillow. What is dislike is the small shower where I am unable to hang tshirt, underwear etc... It is abit inconvenient. Otherwise, all is good.

Bad location.. it’s difficult to get car to get you to any where between 5:00am to 10:25am)because of the wet market is just in front of the exits of the hotel . Block the road from 5:09o am to 10:00am . You could miss the plane because of that’s. It not what you expected from the picture. But the room is clean and employees are very nice.

Very good hotel with reasonable cost

This hotel is located right at the Thai traditional market. it 's convenient to buy food or have cheap dinner. The small problem is if you have tour in the morning, the car / van must pick up you in Novotel next to Ibis hotel (connecting through car parking lot), because the road is restricted for car / van from 4:00 am - 10:30 am everyday. Rooms are clean, wide. Restaurant is decorated with cute style, I am like it very much. Staffs are so friendly. If you need to swim, you need to register to be Ibis member (free), and you can use swimming pool in Novotel next to Ibis hotel (completely free) There is a small problem in room that is lacking hanging bar. The room is large, but only small hanging bar to hang cloth, towel near room door, and there is no wardrobe
