El hotel fue decepcionante, la entrada está al fondo de un Negocio de comida ligera, la habitación pequeñita, tenía que subir a la cama por los pies, ya que no había espacio a los lados, el inodoro perdía agua, así que era un charco el baño, y lo peor, las cucarachas rondando en el baño. La recepcionista con poca amabilidad. No recomendable, relación precio/calidad poco aceptable. Estuve un sólo día y me fui a otro.

Location was good, room was generally clean. The hot shower wasn't working too well and there were night works on the building next to us throughout the night. All the grinding, knocking and sawing was a little too much to bear.

Staff: The staffs are not friendly and do not smile. Feels we are not in Thailand where people smile and greet. Price: In compare to price,the hotel is not good as in the same price we get far better hotel in PATONG. Family/Couple? Not good for family or couples. AIRCON: The condition of AIR CONs not good.

Multiple things made me change hotels after just one night. First, they have the normal very firm Thailand bed (to be expected everywhere so didn’t bother me too much). But on top of that they have easily the hardest pillows I’ve ever used at any hotel anywhere (ok, so hard bed and pillows, not a deal breaker) Next, yes, they do have air conditioners, however the air conditioner seems like it was made for a closet, and I’m not talking about a walk-in-closet. On the air conditioner it says “do not set the air conditioner below 20 C”, well I could not handle this since the room was blazing hot and would not cool. I put it down to 18 C (the lowest it would go), but NO WAY the room got below 27 C (80 F), and that was after having the air conditioner on from 2am when I got in, until 8am when I awoke.... covered in sweat (and the air conditioner is directly next to the bed and couldn’t cool me down). I actually took a shower, and while getting ready I literally started sweating already before leaving the room. Also, the air conditioner shuts off when you leave (pretty normal in Thailand, but this place was always hotter than outside when I got back so that’s what made this a bigger deal) If this wasn’t bad enough, I was woken up at exactly 8am because right next door (no joke, maybe 20 feet away, or 6ish meters for the rest of the world) they were doing construction on the next building (jackhammer, drilling,etc).

Location is right in front of the beach and Rooms are very spacious, that's about it. Hotel, rooms, furniture, bed... everything is very old. This place need a refurbish for sure.

Only good thing is the location. Rude lady at front desk. Room not cleaned for the duration of stay. Water not replaced daily only when asked. Damp smelling room. No lift. No hairdryer or safe as stated. Not like the pictures.

Don’t book this place. Not well maintained, not clean, terrible old mattress that hurt my back and sore all body. I have to leave before my paid period. Also the receptionist is helpless, rude. When I left, because I was leaving before I had an driver booked to pick me up there the day after, I asked the receptionist to tell the driver when he ask for me at reception to go pick me up in the other hotel but she ignored me and said will not do that and more stupid things. I did not ask for refund for leaving earlier, the driver was coming to pick me up on a day that I was supposed to stay there and paid for that. The hotel has some potential to be a good place to stay, just do a better cleaning and upgrade some furniture specially the mattresses which are so old and terrible, but that old mentality I experienced at reception explains the reason it is like that. Look for something else and you will find many better options with even a better price.

The hotel is very very very bad. The bed was broken. The sheets were very dirty. We had two rooms booked for an unknown reason, but that is not an issue compared to how the hotel is terribly a big mistake.

Willkommen im Schimmel zoo

In unserem Zimmer gab es viele Krabbeltiere von kakalaken Käfer usw,Decke war voller Schimmel und Wasserflecken teilweise löste sie sich auch schon vorm Fenster standen die Klimaanlagen 6-8stück Von den Geschäften also immer brummen da die wohl ständig abwarten unsere Klimaanlage ist gelegentlich ausgefallen das Bad auch eine Katastrophe Duschkopf verkalkt und rostig es kann aber noch ein bisschen Wasser also im großen und ganzen nichts für Mimosen alles sehr herruntergekommen .

Worst accommodation ever.

Worst accommodation ever.On the first day, the sheets were so dirty that I asked for a replacement and got mad.Countless cockroasches will stay in the same room as your friends.The woman who is considered a manager has no sense of service whatsoever.I even entered the room while we were away and asked her why,and she lied that she had come to replace the towel.She really screwed up this trip.Finally, we had to book another hotel again.

Hotel aan het strand

Een hotel dat ik bij niemand zou aan bevelen. Het enige positieve punt is dat het aan het strand is. Straalt niets uit je moet door een ijssalon en de Subway tijdens het douchen is de hele ruimte nat...... geenstoelen op de kamer en bij zonder gehorig, zowel van buiten als binnen Zeker geen aanrader.
