The staff are very kind. The room was clean but the corridors needed cleaning. Considering there were not many guests this shouldn’t have been An issue. The location of the hotel is perfect and the pool area on the roof has been improved and a nice place to enjoy the sun. If there is a deal it is worth it.

They will robb you

Awful? The pictures are 100% false. The service is terrible. My friends money got robbed in this hotel, and when we complained they blamed us over the two beers we drank. Customer service was crap, absolutley no towels. As we were checking out, they wantes to charge another family for missing towels, which they stated they never took. I would never recommend this place. I travel around the world, and thus far this has been my worst experiance ever.

Lovely stay

Great place to stay if you want to be across the road from beach, shops, laundry, eateries. Very central to everything. They have a renovated pool area with nice new sun loungers and bean bags to relax on. Be aware there is no pool ladder to get in or out of pool so if you have mobility problem this maybe an issue. Air con excellent and being on fourth floor it was very quiet.

Like the property you can walk to the beach dislike we sat down at bar no one ask us what we want or need we sat there about 15 minutes they wasn’t busy guy just clean the glass he doesn’t even ask us or try get some one help us so we leave when over across the street get our drink and food

I loved the air condition room. My room was spacious and it smelled lovely. Their breakfast provided seemed great even though I didn’t get to eat there. The reception area and the bathroom downstairs need more work. It smelled terrible like drainage.

The location was not bad. You crossed the street to the beach. The WiFi was terrible you had to keep signing in about every 3 minutes. The Crystal tour co located in the lobby and main office next door was great. I would recommend them highly.

Better hotels in the region

I stay in a lot of hotels and usually give credit where it’s due. It’s ok budget Hotel, nothing special, halls and stairs need a good thorough cleaning, pool is disappointing and also needs cleaning. Was disappointed when checking out as the claimed I took a hand towel, opened my bags and showed them, why would I take a €2 Euro towel, there was only 1 towel that size left in my room all week. Had to write a note claiming this. I won’t be back there in a hurry.

The hotel location is premium. So you can get around on foot everywhere, including Bangla. It’s also bang on the beach. Getting to town is easy as the bus also stops outside the hotel. However, the hotel staff is quite poorly trained. For foreigners, note that they aren’t good at English. They screwed up on several occasions when we visited. We booked a superior room, but they gave us something a level lower. We had to fight our way to get them to correct it. We asked them to box breakfast which they failed to do even though the guy had instructions printed out. While leaving in the middle of the night the person at the desk didn’t know we had already settled so we argued with him for few minutes and he couldn’t understand us. Also, downside of the hotel is that there is no gym. The pool is tiny, so you can’t swim. It’s more for taking a float. They also don’t have a lift, so don’t book here if you are in need of one.

Great little beach hotel

Great location and quiet at night. It's across from the beach and a 10min walk to Bangla Rd. Great wifi, shower pressure. Rooftop pool area is wonderful but the pool really needs a revamp! Super breakfast that was had different choices every morning. Would stay again.

The property was nice and close to Patong Beach. We were in a renovated room and there were no complaints. The staff were very friendly! My only complaint is the lobby smelled terrible! Not sure if there were sewage issues but I had to hold my breath when crossing the lobby to go upstairs!
