住了泰国不下10个酒店了这个酒店的服务最垃圾！！！！

冲着酒店的半山环境去的，住的基本上都是老外，但是酒店的服务差的不行！特别是前台的服务态度！眼神语气态度特别不友善中国人！酒店早餐也对不起它的价格！！酒店把矿泉水和玻璃咖啡杯一起放在很高的冰箱上……拿水一不小心就会把咖啡杯撞倒！害我把咖啡盘子摔了，退房时候就非要你把一整套咖啡餐具的钱赔了，你说英文她假装听不懂，也不告诉你行不行，就让你等，等了半天没回复，我急了就问她到底怎样，结果让楼上把我没摔的杯子拿来让我拿走然后给她150，浪费了我一个小时时间。第二天出门太急就没有在房间放小费，因为没有小费就沐浴露都不补。还有！我房间的一张被子厚一张被子薄，薄的那张知道你不够厚她就给你折成双层的！！

Don't recommend longer stay

The hotel has Nice view, looking good and the hotel food is good. But the hotel service is not good, cleaning is bad, water is brown, hot water is coming and going. The hotel smells like cat poop and urin everywhere. Nobody understand english. Just the manager speak english, and he is not nice. He charges for everything, But nothing work as IT should be. It's many stairs up to rooms, and taxi from patong beach etc. don't like to drive you up to the hotel bc it's up in the hill. Don't suit for longer stay. We stayed for one week and then switched hotel. Don't get fooled by the photo's. The swimming pool is full of dirt.

Супер отель

Отель просто бомба !!!Хоть находиться в 20 минут хотьбы от набережной .Чисто, персонал приветливый, бассейн чистый , красивый вид с номеров.Очень доволен что остановился именно здесь

God udsigt, vov vov og behandling i top

God udsigt over byen...simpelt men ok morgenmad. Da det ligger bagerst oppe på bjergsiden, så er eje af scooter en god og billig ide,. da man bliver træt i benene af gåturen. Det billigt og leje i lokalområdet. Jeg blev syg på mit ophold, her var personalet ekstra opmærksomme, og spurgt til mig og var behjælpelige...lige fra bestilling af taxa midt om natten, ekstra dyne og morgenmad bragt til værelset.. Stedet er ikke for svagtgående da det ligger op ad en del trapper. De har nogle søde lokalhunde..de gør intet og er ret søde

Очень высоко подниматься в номера deluxe. Лифта нет , а подниматься реально порядка 7 этажа. Поэтому лишние передвижения не делали. Если пере двигаетесь пешком , учтите что далеко от пляжа

Отель старенький ,но после посещение грязного Патонга понимаешь,что просто в раю. На такси и тук -тук необходимо потратиться,но мы были готовы к этому.Пешком так же ходили много.Дл посещения других пляжей уезжали на машине,и всегда хотелось вернуться в муравейник ПАтонга

Exceptional Value for money

We opted for this due to the price which was very competitive if you opt for the "courtyard rooms" rather than the sea view rooms but we were more than happy for the price we paid . Not too noisy as its far enough from Bangla Road area but also away from the noise of the main Naina Road (motorbikes) Food in hotel cheap and pool nice . Only dowside with the hotel is that its a bit of a walk up the hill for anyone elderly thinking about this hotel otherwise I would def recommend it

The stairs are a huge problem

Staff speaks no English. Food subpar. Beach shuttle and male driver a plus. The stairs ruin a beautiful resort. The pool is great. Bugs and mosquitoes isn't the hotels fault. Beds horrible. Bathroom good size. Tv old. AC works great. Hill to get to the resort is a problem for the disabled

คงเป็นครั้งเดียวในชีวิต เหนื่อยขึ้นบันไดไปห้องพัก

โรงแรมค่อนข้างเก่า ห้องพักเหม็นอับ จองห้องวิวสวนดีลักซ์คอร์ทยาร์ดแต่ได้ห้องดีลักซ์ขึ้นตึกชั้นสาม เดินขึ้นเขาเพื่อจะขึ้นห้องพักพอๆกับดอยสุเทพ ครอบครัวมีเด็กเล็กและคนชราขาไม่ดี ขึ้นไปถึงแล้วแกไม่ยอมลงไปไหนอีกเลย หิ้วกระเป๋าขึ้นลงลำบากมาก ดีที่พนักงานยังมีน้ำใจช่วยยก ขนาดคนสภาพปกตินั่งหน้ามืดลมจับพักใหญ่ บรรยากาศวังเวง ลูกชายนอนไม่ได้ตื่นมาร้องไห้กลางดึกทั้งที่ไม่เคยเป็นมาก่อน ข้อดีคืออาหารเช้าอร่อยพนักงานบริการดีเยี่ยม ชอบสระว่ายน้ำเล่นกันพ่อแม่ลูกไพรเวทดีจริงๆ

Pas d'eau le matin a plusieurs reprises plusieurs escaliers a monté Bêtes dans la chambres cela nous a vraiment déplu surtout quand nous devions partir tôt en excursion et il n'y avais pas d'eau pour faire notre toilette! Chasse d'eau bloquée piscine fermée plusieurs jours

Отель очень понравился своим расположением: находится в тихом, зеленом месте.Отель конечно старый, но чистый и уютный. Персонал очень приветливый. Завтраки однообразные, но вкусные.

Il faut marché un peut pour aller à votre chambre pour admirer la vue sur patong. Très peux d'hôtels on une vue magnifique sur la ville et la plage à se prix. Depuis 6 ans je viens à phuket entre 3 a 4 mois je n'ai vue beaucoup et de se genre. Il n'ai pas vieux ni moderne. Il son entrain de rénover doucement merci

非常好的酒店

说实话这个房间无可挑剔，可以看到大海，俯瞰半个芭东，只是我们住在靠里边的房间看不到海景，不过无所谓，因为他们的早餐棒到想人妹妹我们再住四天，泳池基本全天开放，住的话最好不要住里边的房间，因为挨着另一个酒店我们住的最后一天听到可怕的声音类似谁在敲门，极大可能是风吹着树掉下东西，树上有果子经常往下掉，客服人员在接到我们的电话后就来巡逻并无异常，或许是独自出门比较敏感，在最下坡有租摩托车的，会让你的旅途方便很多，也会节省很多打车的费用，可以去更远更美丽的海滩，但一定要小心驾驶。

整体不错，位置不太好找

芭东别墅真心不错，就是位置有点偏。另，我订时是填上2个人，但去到只显示只订了一人入住，那边经理开始不肯去解决，说是网站的问题，后来磨了数十分钟才让多加一人入住，但只包一份早餐

とにかく坂の上がつらい！ トゥクトゥクの人に連れてってもらうにも、坂の上と下とで100バーツ違う。 ロビーから部屋へまでも、さらに階段！階段！！ ただ、安かった。
