Although we only stayed one night. This was a very imaculate hotel. It was very unique and the staff was above friendly and helpful. It is out of the way so a good place if youre looking for somewhere quite for the night.

Great location and services. Good food and lovely pool areas. Design is not for ideal for moving around the hotel when it rains. Rooms with balcony allow airflow; windows do not open in enclosed rooms. Sister hotel (Tide) has tour desk.

Old Town Phuket can be pretty crazy. It was always nice to come back to my nice quiet safe hotel with the beautiful sunrise. No hot water once in my 10-day stay. Oh and 450 baht for breakfast is kind of pricey for the area. The pool was really nice on those hot days though.

The staff unfortunately just do not have good customer service. They couldn’t assist with absolutely anything. They were an hour and a half late with our room and offered us juice. When I request an alcoholic beverage, they said we can’t do that. They couldn’t give us any change for our baht unless we bought something. This is not the experience we’ve had all over Thailand. You could not get a right outside of the hotel so we had to make contact with someone and pay extra to try to get somebody to take us away from the resort. Would never stay or recommend this place again!

Beautiful hotel, unbelievably comfortable bed, but I booked it pretty much for the bathtub and the water coming out of the tap was lukewarm at best and really just overall cold. It was impossible to fill up the tub. I even tried with the lukewarm water and with how bad the water pressure is, only filled up about 8 inches and I used the water boiler in the room to boil water three times and when I sat in it it was still cold. Gave up on that idea which was a major bummer as it’s why I booked the hotel. Need to fix their heater situation or take out the tubs.
