Greeted nicely and the staff were attentive. Able to rent a scooter to get around at a reasonable rate. Rooms cleaned with out noise. Wish the water was a little hotter but otherwise it was really nice. Breakfast had ample options

It is too far from anything, and situated on the steepest of roads. The staff were wonderful, the food was basic and overpriced for what it was. The room was great pool access was a plus. No guests very quiet. No one to talk to, no one was using the roof top dining area, was closed all the time. The 2nd pool was not existent. I had to book elsewhere even though I paid for 2 weeks.

房間很大，很舒適。 房間可直達泳池，小朋友很合適。 入住當晚覺得房間太暗，不夠照明，跟前台溝通後，職員立即安排一個lamp給我們，非常讚。 （由於我們自駕關係，附近的大斜坡，海灘要步行一段路都跟我們沒大關係）酒店提供了免費泊車位置

SDGSに取組んでいるホテルでした。 3泊しましたがペットボトルの水のサービスは初日だけで 後は廊下のタンクから汲むスタイルでした。 バスタオルのみでフェイスタオルはありません。 歯ブラシ　歯磨き粉もありません。 朝食も簡素なものでしたが別に安くありません。 部屋から新年の花火がすぐ近くで見られたのは 良かったです。

Lite missvisande på bilder och beskrivning. Finns endast en pool t.ex. Den stora poolen på de första bilderna man ser är ej i bruk så ingen poolbar finns. Ingen restaurang finns heller, de ordnar frukostbuffé men sedan inget. 1 liten buss ner till stranden som går klockan 10 men ingen skjuts upp igen. Läget är besvärligt det blir oftast taxi eller tuk tuk både upp och ner till banglaområdet. 200-400 bath får man räkna med enkel tur. Vissa vill inte ens köra dit då det är jobbigt att ta sig dit och därifrån både på grund av den lilla väg som leder till hotellet och de branta backarna dit. Appen bolt rekommenderas. Trevlig personal och ganska välstädat, när dom upptäckte att jag sov ganska länge på morgonen så la dom städningen av mitt rum på eftermiddagen varje dag. Finns möjlighet att boka resor,tvätt och moped på nedervåningen men moped rekommenderas av mig endast om du har vana att köra p.g.a den farliga och väldigt trafikerade utfarten. Stod att mitt premium rum skulle vara 60m² men enda skillnaden från min kompis 24m² rum var poolaccessen.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The staff were excellent and very helpful. The breakfast can be improved. They seem to cater for the number of guests and their nationality. As soon as the Indian guests arrived there was a much wider menu to choose from. The hotel is far from the beach and a taxi costs extra because they have to travel "up the hill". Overall I cant fault the hotel or the staff, but the distance from the beach makes it suitable for travelers that do not want to be in the center of the action. I will visit the hotel again. And lastly the hot water can be a bit hotter. We stayed in the Honeymoon rooms and I booked this for the nice bath but the water was luke warm and not hot.

Deres tid har været.

Casa del M bærer præg af at deres storhedstid “har været” alt emmer af en kedelig stemning af at ha givet op. Indcheckning gik ganske smertefrit, dog undrer jeg mig over deres nøgle depositum på 1000 bath pr nøgle, som kun kunne lade sig gøre kontant, jeg spurgte om det ikke var muligt blot at registrere mit kreditkort, desværre ikke. Selve værelset var ganske udemærket, dog trængte der til en grundig rengøring (dette skete løbende de næste dage, standarden endte helt i top. Ved ankomst var der dog 3 ting på værelset der var i stykker, 1 balkon stol, safe boxen og håndvasken, alle 3 dele blev fikset i de første par dage. Selve komforten af sengen var ikke noget at råbe hurra for, madrassen var meget hård og ujævn, hovedpuderne var så høje at de var umulige for mig at ligge med. Hotellet har som nok alle hotellet venligt informeret om at håndklæder man ønsker skiftet skal smides på gulvet, konskvent blev alt skiftet hverdag om jeg så selv lagde det pænt sammen gik jeg stadig nyt dagligt. Personalet blev ofte udfordret sprogligt på selv de mest enkle forespørgsler. Restaurant/bar/morgenmad faciliteterne var tydeligt bygget til et højere gæste antal, det var synd da det hele virkede amatør agtigt. Restaurantens retter var ok, morgenmaden var direkte pinlig, det så flot ud med pæne serveringsfade med låg for at holde de lune retter lune, desværre syntes personalet at disse konsekvent skulle stå åbne. Og ingen smør kun margarine.

Good value for money. Good access to the tourist attractions, but the area where the hotel is located is not nice, a bit messy and dirty neighbourhood. Aircons are all the time fluctuating the room temperature. Overall experience is not bad for the price you pay

Disappointed

The entrance to the hotel is a dingy alley way and it’s situated quite far off from the beach . The bathrooms are not up to scratch as well. The safe does not operate . There’s hardly any soaps in the bathroom . No hand towels !! I must say it’s a far cry from the pics we saw on the website

Room was comfortable and spacious...but the location is very far from patong beach... we regretted on the location as we have a 3yr old. I would not reccomend families with children unless u rent a car.

Nice Place for the price you pay!!!

Nice Place to stay for the price you pay. Hotel is on a steep hill so if you planning frequeant walking in and out then you have to reconsider otherwise it’s ok. Staff really need to learn some English as most of the staff has very poor communication skills. In hotel massage is very expensive. Honeymoon suit is way too big and empty which make it boaring. Pool excess rooms looks nice. Breakfast is very basic and everage. Altogether it’s not a bad place as price is very reasonable.

L'hôtel est excentré

Hotel est un peu loin du centre ville et de la plage, il y a un service de transport tout les heures mais pas de retour, vous devez vous debrouiller seul, l'hôtel est en monté et en deux parties l'un avec un d'ascenseur et l'autre pas donc si vous êtes sportif c'est bien mais pour les autres attention, les prestations de l'hôtel sont très cher,massages,pressings,taxis je vous conseille de vous débrouiller seul c'est plus intéressant en ville et beaucoup moins cher
