The drink options were expansive, with several juices, teas, coffees, different milk (skim, low fat, whole). They also had a cook that would make you any kind of egg you wanted, including eggs benedfict, upon request. Very nice. "

"Very comfortable apartment hotel. Excellent facilities and great staff. Activities for all ages. Clean and spacious apartments and we like the Westlake area for the view and relaxed atmosphere. Gym equipment a bit dated and so was dishwasher/washer in apartment - functional though. We will definitely come back, especially if we're staying for a longer period."

"Excellent hotel, room was very spacious and clean. Facilities are excellent, good gym, pool, tennis courts and a drive range. The walk in to the old quarter and other local attractions is pretty straight forward. Takes about 20-30 mins, taxis cost buttons and take about 10-15 mins. Friendly staff and very helpful. Pricier than other hotels but it’s got the luxury feel about it at a very reasonable price. "

"This is a great property located a bit away from the city center but easily accessed with a taxi. Good breakfast spread, clean rooms, courteous staff and all the amenities you could need - highly recommended for solo or family travel. Would definitely be back! "

"The hotel is located within walking distance of West Lake, eateries, stores. Rooms are big, clean, and super cold. I believed the hotel just opened recently therefore there is still some strong fresh paint and cleaning agents’ smell. Beware, mosquitoes are everywhere despite hotel is actively trying to eradicate them."
