We had an excellent stay! The room is an apartment style so for myself and my adult kids it was perfect and gave us the space to individually recover from jet-lag. It had a full kitchen AND a washing machine which really helped. It is in a great location away from the city center but bear some excellent restaurants in West Lake. Staff were very helpful and friendly and the breakfast was good. The gym is also great (but smells a little musty)! Decent equipment for a small space and I also swam laps one day in the pool and really enjoyed that. I would stay there again!

Very quiet and further away but I really enjoyed the hotel. Easy to get in and out. Everyone from the front desk, security, door and maid were super friendly and helpful. The Japanese restaurant downstairs with room service was a plus. Oir family enjoyed the pool and the gym with great air conditioner with pool side view was perfect. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to everyone. My only complaint is the carpet in the bedrooms. If that can get removed (very old) I would give this hotel a 5 star. It’s not fancy but the all around experience was great.

Allocated the wrong rooms

Allocated the wrong room on check in and asked to wait 5-6 hours before being given the correct room. The manger of the hotel was very unapologetic, rude and couldn’t care less what room we were given. She suggested booking direct if you want to make sure you get the rooms you pay for. Booked an executive 3 bedroom with balcony which was good once we were allowed into our room. We also booked a 2 bedroom executive room which was supposed to have a view of west lake but you could not see the lake. All staff other than the manger who we met were extremely nice and friendly which is a shame as the hotel could be and should be so much better. Much better places to stay in and around the west lake area of Hà Nội.

Séjour très agréable au calme à quelques minutes du centre historique. Pour les familles qui cherchent un cocon pour qq jours sur Hanoï c’est idéal. La cuisine dans l’appart est un vrai plus pour un hôtel de ce genre, la piscine est incroyable (chaude, propre, serviette,…) et la salle de gym donne directement sur elle. Supermarché juste en face, ATM, restaurants de rue,… tout est là ! Le personnel est formidable, bref ici on se sent comme à la maison !

○スタッフ 受付やレストランのスタッフ、ドアマン、スタッフ全てが優しかったです。 ○朝食は 人20万ドンほどでつけられます。 フォーは毎朝ありました。パンやフルーツ、ヨーグルト、卵料理などベトナムを感じられるものが豊富で朝食を付けてよかったです。 ○キッズルーム あると記載(写真)がありましたが、倉庫になっていてありませんでした。 写真にあるプール横の遊具もありませんでした。 ただ、スタッフが子どもに大変優しくタクシーの乗り降りも手伝ってくれます。子連れで安心して滞在できるホテルでした。

하노이에 있는 서머셋 중 가장 오래된 호텔이라고 하더라구요..그래서 인지 전반적인 시설이 오래된 걸 숨길 수는 없었지만..청소하고 수리하고..관리를 잘해서인지 청결한 편이었어요. 직원분들 모두 친절하시구요.

Exceeds expections

The serviced apartments are bright airy very comfortable fully equiped with top quality items not necessarly the most modern but top of the line quality ageless. The entire staff are well trained friendly and willing to assist even prior to requesting. Everyone is alert causing one to know the guest is welcome. The doorman can be compared only thoes of nobel hotels of London Paris or New York truly a wonderful experience
