Everything was great at this home. It is clean, ac works great, and the home is as described. Only issue I had was the owner constantly turning the AC temperature up thought out the day and night. We were working an event outdoors in the sun and wanted to come home and enjoy some air conditioning. The owner made that much less enjoyable. Other than that, the house is great.

So clean and they have kind everything in the room

10 days and DEMAND MY REFUND. VRBO is leaving me hanging . As a birthday staycation for my 8year old. , we rented this house for the pool. The POOL was GREEN with Algae, with layer of debris, tried to turn on vacuum , but was not working. Checked rest of house and there was a min. Of a week of dirt on toilets , hair everywhere. Owner shared a pool guy was on property morning of our check-in and a really expensive cleaning crew. Blamed pool had dirt from AZ storm . ( weather had clear blue skyes. And no neighbor trees . ) Owners friend tried to “fix” but had no idea and was not accepting the level of cleanliness on the pool . Friend inspected house 1 hour prior check-in and said she would of let her kids in pool. [At this time I had not even gone upstairs to check bathrooms . Called VRBO. Connected me to owner. And disconnected from call .that’s when OWNER TOLD US TO LEAVE. watching us thru cameras . Controlled .A.C, pool lights were off, and then a scorpion came out on patio. Do not rent unless you prior check house.

House was beautiful and property was very clean. Beds were comfortable and house was spacious. Owner checked in prior and after my stay. Definitely would recommend and would stay again. I enjoyed my stay at this home.

The restaurants

We(5 adult and 2 kids) booked the property for a week and enjoyed staying there. Most of the places to visit like Scottsdale, Phenix are near. House is clean and looks like how it's listed in website. Only concern is backyard is not cleaned and there were lot of dust on floor and table, but not a big issue for us. I also don't see lights on backyard due to that couldn't spend much time on evening outside ( maybe it was there but didn't notice). Overall I would suggest this to anyone

Comfortable, clean room

Property was cleanish but the first 3 days I was having to deal with there being bugs and spiders. The air-conditioning in the unit is well below average and is 2 window units mounted on the wall which is not enough for the size of the unit especially with the doors being drafty and allowing air in and out, however the bedroom does get and stay on the cooler side. The wifi is definitely functional but that is at a bare minimum, would not recommend trying to work on it or do anything of any importance, was booted off the wifi multiple times in the middle of doing assignments/projects. (bring your own hotspot). After realizing these few things out is when everything else went down hill... My stay was 10 days. from a Saturday to the next Tuesday, first week went smooth until about Thursday. Owner double booked the unit I was staying in for an "Event", she asked me if I would be able to transfer to the larger unit on the same lot for no charge and stay there for the last 4 days of my trip. I figured no big deal and stuff happens so I agree and was told she would contact me early/mid morning Saturday to move over to the other unit. I pack my stuff( and my pets stuff) Friday night so I can be ready to switch Saturday... waited around all morning and had no contact, I reach out to the owner around mid day and she informs that the unit would not be ready until Sunday morning. Annoyed but not pissed yet because stuff happens so then on Sunday, same thing I wait for contact all morning but never got any form of contact so I message around 10 or 11 to try and move my stuff and to tell her that I have to be in North Scottsdale at 3(which is about a 50 minute drive). She says her husband is cleaning (so unit is not professionally cleaned and disinfected for my transfer) and will be done at 12 and that they would call or knock on the door. 1:30 comes around and no contact so I call again and find out that he is still not done cleaning but I can move all my stuff. So I move all of my items and as soon as i get moved she informs me she has double booked again and i will need to move again Monday. Also was told this event was an afternoon event and should start close to 5 and people will show up at 4. The party started at 7pm and the music shook the house. Sadly i had to call the cops to shut it down since the owner blew me off when messaged. The police informed me that the event hose was told they can party until 1 am. DO NOT STAY HERE. There are much better.

Great house (and host) for our quick family getaway. Check in process was very easy, especially with our flight’s two hour delay. No problem though! Swam every morning and every evening. Pool is so clean and well maintained. We had a great time and would absolutely rent this house again. Thank you!!

The room was huge, the bed was surprisingly comfortable. I was worried when I seen the pillows as they were tiny but they worked out being comfortable in the end. We got a great nights sleep and you couldn’t hear other guests so kudos. Also staff at check in were super friendly.
