"Building was kept clean throughout. Room was very clean and updated fresh looking paint. Good size refrigerator to store plenty of food/drinks, not the topical mini size. Very good stay overall. I only have one negative to say, I wish there would have been an ice machine available."

"The house had everything you could possibly need. We fell in love with the reclining chairs in the living room. The kitchen had plenty of dishes and appliances. It was very clean and well stocked with towels and even pool toys/floaties. Everything was well maintained and beds/pillows were very comfy. The host was great and had excellent communication. The pool was comfortably heated and the spa was perfect and would heat to 104. We would highly recommend this house to anyone staying in the Avondale area. "
