The Beverly Bungalow 1BR/BA in the Heart of Phoenix - Grill, Pool & Hot Tub

Relax & unwind at our mid-century bungalow in the heart of Phoenix. This 1BR/1BA condo will comfortably sleep 2 (up to 4 using an air mattress). Our condo is complete with a full kitchen, cozy living room & dedicated work space for the WFH professional. Also included is a shared pool/hot tub to cool off on those hot summer days.

Located in Midtown center to museums, unique bar & restaurant concepts, Chase Field, The Footprint Center - the list goes on. We hope you enjoy all AZ has to offer!

All the amenities you can ask for are provided, including a smart television, record player, WIFI, games and a bedroom/office that provides a mid-century feel. Kitchen is fully stocked with a wine fridge, Keurig, coffee maker and candy dispenser.

After an afternoon of adventures, such as a walk down Roosevelt Row, hiking the nearby trails, or golfing, you and your guests can relax in the pool or hot tub or enjoy a cocktail at one of the many bustling bars nearby. Check out my guidebook for suggestions!

When you stay at The Beverly Bungalow (our little desert version of the Beverly Hills Hotel) not only are you to enjoy a little RNR but you are also minutes from all the fun, food and nightlife you can ask for if you choose to leave the property.

Excellent weekend stay

I needed a place for the weekend and this property was great. Well located to food and bars, and a grocery store just down the street! It was perfect.

This was the worst time me and my wife ever had at any kind of rental. I would not recommend using this company and I would never recommend going to this host. Besides the fact that she neglected to tell us about the heater not working she was poor to respond And only did because I went to the website she gave us a measly 70 back which in my opinion should've been a full refund considering for the two days we're there we are freezing at night. It does not matter that there was a little tiny heater there that she offered only once we made a complaint The tenants that live in the condo area. We're very rude. I would never rent from this lady again, I will be given reviews against this company and her on every outlet I can.
