With a backyard pool, BBQ and patio seating, you can always enjoy the sunny Arizona weather. Just step inside the sliding doors to find a beautiful, newly remodeled fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and all cooking essentials. Enjoy the dining areas rustic farmhouse table and spacious living room. Master bath features a luxurious walk in shower and double vanity.

Located off of Greenway and 62nd street, this home is near some of the best restaurants and best golf in AZ. Waste Management Phoenix Open only a five minute drive. Spring training only a short drive away.
