Unfortunately, due to our location in downtown providing complimentary parking is not an option for us. We do constantly work to ensure that our valet parking service is priced in line with the other hotels in our downtown market and that we deliver the highest level of service during the parking experience. My rating is the average of good and bad, as the property had both. The location is great if you want to be downtown. The room size is fine. the gym is above average for this kind of hotel. the free breakfast is above average in options. the staff was very helpful. On the other side; i never had consistent hot water, the finishing work in the bath was sloppy. the light to work by on the desk was small, not extendable and almost unusable. i would try the hotel again to see if some of the issues i found didnt repaat

300 night hotel not worth it. Our room was not that clean. The valet lost our car. Gave us someone else's car. Not his fault because no one gave us a ticket. Yes it was crazy busy. Asked the manager to help us. He was no help. Front desk woman was not helpful. We ate at bar on Friday and everyone was great. Sunday our valet staff were wonderful women who went above and beyond to treat us well. When you spend 300 night. You want at least good service. Hampton inn needs a lot of work

Also, there are several other parking options in the downtown area for our guests to decide which works best for them. Perfect location w/ plenty of restaurants, museums, and things to do within walking distance. Nice hotel bar & restaurant with pretty good breakfast. Only complaint is that housekeeping needs some improvement. Housekeeper took toilet paper roll off & did not replace it so there was no tp & only 2 Kleenexes to use when we got back. Front desk staffer gave us 2 rolls when we went down though so we had enough through stay. The next day, housekeeper left dirty pillowcase on desk.

Good area if you want to stay downtown. Parking is valet only so be aware if you are driving. We stayed there because of the comedy show it and was very nice to be able to walk back after a couple of drinks. Front lobby was also giving out bottled water if you asked.
