The pool gets serviced weekly on Wednesday. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that washes into the pool, which may cause it to appear slightly discolored.

The pool is not heated, but if you haven't been to Arizona, the pool stays about 70 degrees in the winter and around 90 degrees during the summer.

Perfect size and location

Not too big, not too small, definitely the right size! Clean and very nice. It was a little cold for the pool but sitting outside and enjoying the backyard was a wonderful. Suprisingly even though it’s in a neighborhood we still felt like we were secluded in nature. The host was great. The beds were comfy and everything was above standard.

Nice Property

This place has an awesome outdoor space where my boyfriend and I spent the majority of our time for our stay! They also have a great home gym space and plenty of sleeping space for larger groups. They did make a couple of changes that don’t seem to have been updated quite yet in the photos- 1.) the large round chair/couch has been moved out and to the right of the gazebo/cabana and there’s a hot tub under there now. The weather was in the 90s when we were there so we didn’t use during our stay and 2.) They added 3 free-standing old school video game consoles in the corner of the living area when you first walk in (no longer a standing mirror there) which if memory serves me right were mortal kombat II, galaga & pac-man. This was a welcomed surprise for my boyfriend who enjoyed playing a couple games while taking breaks from the sun/heat :)

Great getaway

We had a nice 4 day getaway from the cold and snow in ND .. easy to get around nice location. Hot tub chemicals were off so we did not get to use the hot tub .. but the in home gym made up for that.
