The bed was comfortable. However, the appliances and light fixtures were old. The rod for the shower curtain was very loose. There was what looked like water damage at the bottom of the bathroom door.

Decently clean rooms. It seems most guests are not picking up after their pets tho. Very quiet and safe. The few times I interacted with the manager she was very rude and talked brusquely each time. One employee really struggles with how to use the computer too. Besides that staff is nice.

Had to ask for new room. Our room was dirty. Bed was horrible. Pillows were horrible. When needed towels had to take to office to swap out. Had to go get hair dryer in office and take back when done.

One good feature: walk 10 minutes to Giants ballpark. Otherwise, ridiculously overcharged at $240/nt for Motel 6 type accommodations. Bathroom door peeling at bottom, AC sounded like a jet engine, “breakfast” almost nonexistent.

This is an average hotel. It was nice that it was walking distance to the Giants Spring Training stadium. There are no ice machines, but you can make ice in the freezer. I forgot that extended stay assumes that you are staying for a while so hair dryers are not provided. The hotel was clean but dated. I think it was over priced for the quality.

For being in downtown Scottsdale and hundreds of dollars per night, this was horrible. The floors were sticky, the shower was not enclosed but just a curtain across the drain; the shower head dropped, the floor was filthy with black footprints, and there was hair left in the drain. Yeah, thankfully we brought a giant can of Lysol. Could not wait to get out in the am.

Ok but non-smoking room smelled of smoke
The place was mostly fine. Some other guests were complaining at the front desk, and I felt for the concierge who seemed a bit overwhelmed. My room was fine with one big exception. It was a non-smoking room and the bathroom smelled strongly of cigarettes. I couldn't tell if it was because someone had smoked in there or if it was coming in through some other vent. Water pressure was crazy strong for a desert town! I live in a very wet part of the country and my water pressure isn't half of that!

DUMP! Cheap metal bed frame. Thin mattress with thin old sheets. Missing drawer pulls and drawers that don't open. Rusty metal shelves in the closet that grab your clothes. Tub recoating peeled off around the drain. Missing drywall chunks and paint. Near Scottsdale Fashion mall but not walking distance. Nice TV and selection of channels. This is an overpriced stay at anything over $80/night.

Walked into the room and we were welcomed by a stench of cigarette smoke. The smell intensified as you walked into the bathroom. There were stains on the walls. The bed was a joke. If you sat at the bottom end of the mattress, the entire thing would flip forward. Everything looked disheveled, the lamp shades were crooked, the bed was not aligned with the headboard. I won’t even go into details about the kitchenette. Needless to say, never again. We checked out as fast as we checked in. The front desk lady was courteous and understanding to the situation.

I didn’t expect luxury 5 star accommodation, but I did expect cleanliness and a well maintained property. Between the roaches crawling on the floor and shower curtain and blood stains in the bathroom sink skip this property.

As we arrive there was absolutely no one at the desk and doors were locked, after walking around for 40 minutes and calling costumer service and getting nowhere, the clerk finally showed up . If you really want to have surprises in your life while traveling- this is a place to go. Overall like a regular Motel that you see in scary movies.

The room was NOT clean. The floors were sticky and after doing one wipe the white towel was dark brown. The room smelled like a used ashtray, we told the front desk person, and they gave us some industrial febreeze. Save your money, this was one of the worst rooms I have stayed at in my life. Cigarette burns on the gloors, on the bathroom sink. This room was gross and I could not wait to check out.

I have photos if needed...slept on top of the covers in case of bedbugs. Asked for queen and got double .tub and sink had cigarette burns. The door knob in bathroom was coming out of the hole. Opened the kitchen cupboard to see if the had dishes and a small flying bug came out. The computer could not produce a copy of my bill as it was too slow. We were not impressed at all!!!

Place was ok. For a non-smoking hotel our room smelled like smoke. Mostly the shower curtain. Beds were squeaky.

Experience was so disappointing. We couldn’t check in for a good 40 mins after we had been traveling all day. Exhausted. As we entered our room the second we opened the door it smelled like a pack of cigarettes was just smoked in the room mins before entered. The stench mold and and a bug crawled out of the bathroom sink as I was about to brush my teeth. Did not have a good experience what’s so ever, very disappointing

I slept with the lights on because I was afraid if I turned the lights off , the bugs would come out . And it smells really bad . Front desk girl was nice though . 😊

Very small room for an “extended stay” hotel. The kitchenette eating counter had only 1 chair. No other chairs in the room. It was clean. Very noisy air conditioning. You have to request all kitchenware from the front desk, as well as a hair dryer. You must be able to climb a flight of stairs if you’re on the second level. The free breakfast was minimal- granola bars and packaged cake-type muffins, light roast coffee with only edible oul product creamer. Fortunately there’s a Starbucks that’s a 2 minute walk away and a cute litte breakfast place called Jojo’s about a 5 minute walk away. The staff at the hotel were super pleasant about everything!

The office staff was phenomenal! The cleaning staff was great as well! The hotel rooms are pretty outdated and smell but that was expected with the price
