"I cannot say enough about how good our experience with Grand Venus la Residence is. The rooms and the grounds are maintained very well. The pool is a really nice respite after a day of sightseeing around town. The main thing that puts this place over the top for me is the attentiveness of the staff. We had a few issues during our visit and the staff went out of their way to resolve these issues. From the front desk, the restaurant servers and housekeepers, all greeted us with a smile and genuine concern making sure that all was well. The breakfast menu is set with 7-8 different variations but everything we tried was excellent. If you need a nice place to stay while visiting Siem Reap you cannot go wrong by staying there."

"This is one of the most impressive 5 star properties I’ve ever stayed in. From the quality of construction of the building and all facilities to the staff attention to detail. I wouldn’t consider staying anywhere else when I next return. The rooms are enormous, and all of a very high standard. To make things even more convenient the company drivers delivered us to/from the airport and the tuk tuk driver took us to town and back each night, even though it’s possible to not leave the hotel as the restaurant quality is amazing."
