"This is a lovely property and there were only minor issues with cleanliness such as dead bugs and spider webs throughout the rental which leads me to believe it is not thoroughly cleaned regularly. My major concern was that the listing stated that the owners who live in the house above stay at one of their other properties when the downstairs apartment is booked. Not only were the owners onsite and present throughout our stay, they were using the amenities such as the pool and they also invited...

"Ideal for both fly fishing and family gatherings with friends. I can't image a better setting. Great house and outdoor socializing area. We found fish in-spite of less than ideal fishing weather. Great place to get reacquainted with many of our best friends who live in the area. We were able to get away from our hectic daily routines without have to back-pack into the deep wilderness. We expect to be back!"

"We have been to PSU several times to visit our daughter and this is hands-down the nicest property we have rented in SC! It is so organized and clean that we felt like we were the first ones ever staying in it! There is plenty of room to spread out - we cooked dinner in the well stocked kitchen and had a great game night in the lowest level with it's big screen tv & comfortable reclining couches. "One nit, no WiFi. Direct TV was great. We were able to watch the Pittsburgh Sports Network. Spacious, clean, comfortable with a fully equipped kitchen. Nice to have the linens and towels included too. Deck in the back had a picnic table, 4 Adirondack chairs, grill and a hot tub! Rain kept us from using the Firepit though. Firewood was not provided but you can buy some right across the street. Will be staying there again!"
