"A not to be missed historic hotel with staff that genuinely cares. Of course the building shows its age but you would as well if you were 150 years old. But a great peek back at a historical period of care and discovery. This hotel is impeccably clean!"

"Our trip was April 24-26th for a Lacrosse tournament at Boyne. The location of the hotel was perfect, easy distance to tournament and to downtown Petoskey. The hotel staff was great, very accommodating. We were upgraded to the Presidential Suite and it was wonderful. So much room and the shower was amazing! They also offer a complimentary limo to downtown between 4-midnight....this was awesome! Free breakfast in the morning was convenient. My only very small complaint would be the pool area. The chlorine is so strong that it made it kind of hard to breathe and my husbands eyes were irritated. The hot tub does not stay hot if there are people hopping between it and the pool. All in all it was a great stay and we will be back!"
