"Phenomenal host who communicates in a way that is both rapid and facile. Beautiful and well appointed home. Bedrooms are lovely - sleep will be restorative on the very comfortable beds and terrific pillows. The living room seating has lived a great long life and is due for a refresh but the sunroom leather couch is amazing and very comfortable. The kitchen is thoughtfully stocked. Everything you could need is here. The solitary bathroom is modern and linens are generous. There is nothing lacking in this home. Temperature control was terrific esp since one of our days there was super hot and humid - the house was a chilled, cool and comfortable reprieve. The location is perfect for a trip to the Finger Lakes - a fast few minutes to Seneca Lake Park, Geneva downtown and fifteen minutes to Seneca Falls. If you go to downtown Geneva we highly recommend dinner at Forno Woodfired!!! We explored and had an exceptional best friends weekend. We can’t wait to come back! Thank you Dennis and Theresa for a truly restorative and wonderful weekend!"

"The entire property was fresh and clean. Michael was very attentive to detail in furnishing the cabin with everything one could possibly need during their stay.The bed is comfortable, the kitchen well appointed, and he kindly left a welcome message with great suggestions for nearby by dining and activities. And something we have never seen in a rental before: a basket of s’mores fixings, ready and waiting.Thank you, Michael, for a great experience."

"Truly enjoyed our stay at Riverside Retreat! Property was private but short drive to Geneva, local wineries and Seneca Lake state park. Kids and dogs loved the yard to run. Property is right on the river. Watched the boats go by and fished right off the dock. Host was very responsive and easy to get in touch with. Would highly recommend !"

"Nice comfortable house in a central location in the Finger Lakes Region. Nancy is an excellent host, very responsive. The house is right off a main highway in Waterloo/Geneva, so one needs a vehicle to go to any restaurants, shopping or parks in the area. Nothing is that far away by car, but not really walking distance either and no sidewalks on the main road. There is a small dock on a canal tributary out back which is nice for sitting at, but bring chairs as there is only a wooden bench there."

"What a wonderful retreat! The hosts are warm and wonderful. The beds are very comfortable and you really can't beat the hot tub and water slide. Live music on the weekends in the summer is a blast, and its fun to watch the boats go by in the river on their way to the lake. The boat is docked in a working marina, with a lot of boat traffic, so that's just something to keep in mind. But my family had a blast sliding off into the river and living the boat life :) Highly recommend and we can't wait to hopefully return!!"
