We stayed here to go to the It’s a wonderful life” festival in Seneca Falls. The hotel was convenient and clean and very pleasant. They accommodated all our needs and Lisa who kept in constant communication was fabulous with our customer service. The other girl at the front desk always greeted us with a smile and made us feel like family. I would highly recommend it

We have always stayed at this Hampton Inn when traveling to the Seneca Falls area. The complimentary breakfast is a great benefit for those busy-go days. The location is convenient with plenty of parking. However, we did encounter an issue with our heating system on this visit. It would not turn off. We did not report this to the front desk as we were already settled in. If we had planned to stay longer than the three nights, we definitely would have requested to chance rooms.
