The pictures doesn’t do it justice it has a bigger backyard with a stunning view, I would do some research before attempting to fish in the lake - we weren’t lucky we underestimated the depth of the lake! "The house is nicely situated between Geneva and Waterloo and very close to Seneca Lake State Park which has well paved trails for nice walks along Seneca Lake. Very close to numerous wineries and only about a 40 minute drive to Watkins Glen State Park for some fantastic hiking. The kitchen is fully furnished with nice appliances. Overall space is nice with a lovely private backyard to sit outside. Although we didn’t use the grill, there is a grill and all the grilling accessories that were readily available. The house looks like it has been remodeled and has many great updates; very clean. "
