The shower was amazing, just what you needed after being in the heat of Kochin. All staff are polite, helpful and will go the extra mile. The General Manager was exceptional, we had a couple of minor issues which were dealt with immediately, again an above and beyond attitude displayed. We will return to this hotel and recommend...

Facilities were first class and the smell inside the hotel just stays with you throughout your stay. The location is a little too far from the the airport, but that is a small blessing. "A very clean and new hotel which exceeded my expectations from the pictures. The pool is particularly amazing, with views over the lake, and we basically had the pool area to ourselves for 2 days. The WiFi does not reach to the pool area and some other areas of the hotel. The restaurant food was good. The staff were friendly but we sometimes we did not get our orders as requested. There was also no one by the pool to take food/drink orders even though a pool bar was advertised. The rooms were...

"Beautiful property and friendly staff. The only gripe I had was, we stayed on the ninth floor. The floor above was maybe the roof bar. So they either were moving heavy furniture or having noisy as heck parties deep into the night which kept my family and I awake. It wasn't ideal."
