"Absolutely love the hotel, staff are wonderful, spa is one of the nicest we've been to, and treatments/masseuse staff by far the best out of any other places I've been to, only one downside to our stay is the beds aren't the most comfortable, we were in a superior double, but the king-size bed was two smaller beds pushed together so had a considerable dip in the middle, and the mattress springiness seemed to be on its way out so woke up a little sore. Will definitely be returning though, it's a lovely hotel with lovely staff, nicer beds and it would be perfect!"
