About this property
5 The Dunes - a house that sleeps 4 guests in 2 bedrooms
- This modern mews house is in the exclusive The Dunes development just 10 metres from Perranporth Beach. Perfectly suited to families it is set over two floors, with a spacious open plan living / dining / kitchen sporting countryside views on the first. There’s also a twin room and family bathroom upstairs while downstairs the master bedroom has access to the private garden and terrace. Perranporth Beach is one of Cornwall's best and boasts the famous Watering Hole restaurant right on the sand.
We ask our guests for a £100 good housekeeping bond, which is pre-authorised against your card. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. The money is simply reserved and then released afterwards if there is no claim. We will contact you nearer the time of your arrival to arrange this.
