"The most terrible experience we have ever had. No towels, no soap, only one pillow that was one inch deep. When we asked for towels were given 2towels size of a hand towel. That’s all we have got. They only come once a week. No one came all week to service the room. Beds lumpy and very uncomfortable. ..."

"Lovely villa and convenient location for Porth beach. We had booked for 5 but on arrival there was only bedding and towels for 4. Staff sorted this out super quickly and could not be more helpful. The pool was heated so was a good alternative to braving the freezing seas!"
