Traveling Nurse Haven - 3BR, Furnished, WiFi, AC
This home was designed to house traveling nurses. For bookings less than 179 nights please call me directly at 808-896-5053. This newly renovated 3-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom home is nestled in the tranquil town of Pepeekeo. The home has 2 rooms with Queen Beds and 1 office with a very comfy twin size day bed. Perfect for traveling nurses looking for a convenient and peaceful retreat. Prepare delicious meals in the modern kitchen, complete with new appliances. And enjoy the tranquility of your private backyard, filled with tropical fruit trees. Conveniently located just a short drive from Hilo Hospital, Hilo Airport, and downtown Hilo, this home offers easy access to all the amenities you need.
Rent includes water, sewer, and trash. Electricity is included up to a maximum of $200 per month; any usage exceeding this amount will be the tenant's responsibility. We also have a 2020 Kia Telluride is available for rent separately.
We're flexible with lease terms, but we do prefer tenants to stay for at least 3-6 months. There is no fee for early termination of the lease.
