"Lovely space. Across from bar. Lovely views. Very nice room. Great shower. Comfortable beds. Bidet! Very helpful staff. Small but 24hr useful gym. 24hr coffee and tea. Paddle board and bike rental easy and fun. Easy free parking. Will definitely start here again"

"Kelly was a wonderful host. Since she had cancellations while we were there (Jan 2026) she upgraded us to the master with ensuite. There are 3 bedrooms in total. Everything was spotlessly clean and there were all kinds of snacks and coffee, tea, milk available. Kelly made lovely breakfast for us each morning and was so accommodating. We really enjoyed our stay. It is about 30 minutes drive from Hilo. You do need a car. Absolutely no hesitation in recommending this B&B. Thank you Kelly and Roger for a great stay as we explored the Hilo area."

"This isn't an elegant hotel, but we thought it was very good for the money we paid. It's located between 2 parks (1 right next door, the other about 1/2 mile in the other direction. "

"The staff (Val) were excellent! The kitchen staff (chef, mixologist) and the 7-course meal were also amazing. The rooms, grounds and general locale was stunning. My only complaint is that the rooms are not adequately sound proofed. I could hear the TV from next door or the room above which affected my sleep."
