"Very efficient check in. Clean, spacious room with air conditioning- very welcome on the hottest 2 days of the year. Good location, walking distance to everything we needed."

"Property was not well looked after. Blinds were missing from Windows, surfaces had not been cleaned, the kitchen was missing many essential items such as forks, broken glass outside the back door, last guests dirty laundry left in the dinning room, the list goes on. Really put a downer on the first day of the holiday. I don't expect to have to provide essentials like forks and kitchen knives and clean on arrival. Manager of property was initially understanding but is now ignoring my emails."

"Very cosy terraced house. Plenty of room for 2 families though only 1 toilet in the downstairs bathroom. Kitchen well stocked and lounge furniture very comfortable. Parking for 1 car only in a small garage but plenty of free parking nearby. Garden furniture. Easy 10 minute walk into town. "

"Lovely little bungalow, beautifully appointed with everything you need and more.Good walking distance 20 mins to the bay and 30 to city centre.Definitely recommend. "

"House was well appointed and close to railway station, and very roomy. Negatives....only one bathroom which is not on bedroom floor (difficult to access in middle of night!), Too many stairs for us older folks. No instructions for TV. Not enough towels or wastebaskets. Steep walk up and down hill to access house. Could use some homey touches like teabags, condiments. Pretty spare. But, all in all, a great deal for the money."

"We enjoyed our stay here. We had everything we needed. It felt very warm and inviting. Beds and linens were good and the kitchen was well stocked. Appreciated the arrival gift and Elaine was a perfect host."
