"This property met our multigenerational group needs. Plenty of space for everyone. Close proximity to shops and a delightful nature reserve. The property needs a fair bit of repair. Broken floor tiles and fronts coming off cupboards. It didn’t stop us enjoying our stay, but it jarred a bit with me."

"This was a very good place for us as it was well located for visiting relatives in East Grinstead. It is easy to find close to the M25 although it is well shielded fom traffic and aircrat noise. The facilities and welcome were excellent and we would certainly recommend it."

"House was OK with adequate facilities, except microwave. Problem was we had absolutely no instructions for the operation of any of them. The dryer had an isolation switch (un labelled) that someone turned off and it took us some time to discover the reason for it not operating. The dish washer also failed to run properly and we believe it was due to a blocked filter. We hadn't used it initially so didn't discover the problem until near the end of our stay."

"The check-in was super uncomplicated and Maria provided a very thorough explanation of the property. She was contactable by phone at all times. The location of the property is great, the property itself is a great old house with plenty of space and some nice extras (i.e. Tennis court and Hot Tub, both in good condition). "All we can say is wow! The property exceeded our expectations big time. Clean, spacious, well kitted out with everything we needed plus extra luxuries we weren’t expecting. We were four couples and so the room configuration worked well. Host Myles was brilliant and really hospitable - we will definitely return at some point."

From under 2’s to grandparents in their 80’s, it was spot on Offering high chairs, potty’s, travel cots and plastic child friendly plates etc, as well as swings and garden toys, our great niece and nephew were very well catered for The house is full of nooks and crannies, so it was easy to find a quiet spot to sit and read or have forty winks! "This is a tired property, there was a hole in the floor covered by lino. Things broken and cracked. Yes, perfect location for ammeneties etc. But in room 1, do not stay. Things are rusty, shelves missing. Bed you can feel springs. "
