"My son and I went to Pensacola for a baseball tournament and we had the best experience at Surf and Sand Hotel. We needed a laundry room since he needed his uniform more than once. Washers and driers worked perfectly fine. They have ice machines in every floor which was very convenient. It is beautiful and clean… The staff were so friendly. The pool was always clean. The private beach area was so nice, specially at night and you can use their kayaks which are included with your purchase. We saw the most beautiful sunset from there. If you have little kids, this is the place for you since they have a gated area that has sand by the pool and the kids can play safely. Breakfast was so good! Eggs, waffles, toast, sausage.. you name it. Location is amazing. We could walk to the beach and to all the restaurants and if you don’t feel like walking, they have like golf carts that they can take you around. You just need to tip them. We are definitely going back next year! "

"This was one of the best experiences we’ve had and we’ve been staying at various condos on Pensacola Beach for the last 25 years. Everything was seamless, from beginning to end. The condo was exceptionally clean and had everything we needed. Donna was super helpful. She was thoughtful enough to text us on Sunday afternoon to let us know that the Blue Angels would be buzzing the beach that evening. I had a couple of questions and she texted back immediately. I would definitely recommend this condo, particularly for a couple. Just be aware that there is no elevator in the complex and there are stairs to get to the unit, as well as stairs in the unit itself. We’ll be staying here again and recommending it to our friends."
