San De Luna #15 – Foot steps from the Gulf and Sound on Pensacola Beach

The main floor has everything you need for comfortable family time together. The living room features a leather sofa, loveseat, and chair, along with a flat-screen TV and a sleeper sofa for extra guests. The dining table seats 6–7, and there are a few more seats at the bar. A half bath is conveniently located on the main level. The kitchen is stocked so you can easily cook before hitting the beach or gather for family dinners. Sliding glass doors open to a private balcony overlooking the Sound and tennis court. Out front, two tall chairs face the Gulf, giving you another peaceful place to sit and relax. A spiral staircase leads to the second floor, where the bedrooms are located. The master bedroom features a king bed, private bath with a standalone shower, and lovely views of the Sound. The second bedroom offers a queen bed and a private bath with a tub/shower combo. Amenities include tennis courts and a grilling area for easy cookouts and a closet below with beach chairs and other items for your convenience. Covered parking and free WiFi make your stay even more convenient.
When you’re ready to explore, local dining, shopping, and attractions are only a few minutes away and in the summer a Trolley stop is located across the street.
