We selected it because of our cat and we wanted to be able to cook thanksgiving deserts in a place that wouldn’t contaminate our daughter-in-law’s gluten free kitchen. The full size oven and refrigerator were perfect. Parking wasn’t a problem. While the place was clean, the kitchen floor could use some attention as it appears grungy and under the table was sticky in spots."
