"The hotel itself is pretty good. Room was clean and organized but, upon arrival only a lady which you can tell is the housekeeper gave us our rooms. I rented 2! On reception there was nobody for a long time. I wanted to ask about the tours. The man at the reception that showed up after said he had not clue about the tours.
