"The room was mostly clean and smelled good upon arrival. The tub still had some residue from previous stays, so we opted out of using the tub, just showered. I was a bit disappointed by that as the tub was a reason I wanted to book this listing. We soon found out that the toilet would not flush. We let the front desk know, but I never heard anything back from them, the host, or VRBO. Unfortunately, the entire time we were there my husband had to stick his hand in the back tank to flush it. "It was an excellent vacation. The property is on the water. Everybody in the resort is super friendly and helpful. The property has everything needed for six days. The only recommendation I would make is about the bed and the sheets. The mattress needs cover protection, and the sheets should be fitted. But besides that, everything was great. The owner is super attentive and responded in minutes."

"Great location, clean place and fantastic view. We were on 2 weeks family vacation and everyone had a good time. This place made it happen as we mostly stayed in the area relaxing by the pool and beach. Easy access, clean and building staffs we great. The view of the pool and beach of the location were incredible and definitely exceeded my expectations but the sheets were full of stains and everything was super outdated/old, like falling apart and rusty old . However south beach and Calle ocho were a short drive away and the beach was 10 steps away. For the price I paid, I'm not upset for what I got!"

We loved going for morning walks along the street with ocean right there.Great restaurants all along walk. The Wild Thyme restaurant in hotel was great with indoor and outdoor seating . "The overall stay was good, the only thing I didn’t like was that we tried getting in contact with the owner of the apartment and he never responded. The cable in the room for the TV wasn’t working and we tried getting in contact everyday from since we came. Another thing was the cleaning service. No one came to give us new towels, throw garbage etc etc.. we had to do cleaning service ourselves, throw away our own garbage and keep having to wash the towels.
