Cute little condo. Conviently located downtown Miami. Dave was quick to answer our questions and inquiries Things that were not pleasant is the check-in process. Not everyone one is tech savvy. I would have preferred to get a physical key in my hands. The $300 security deposit should be disclosed on the website. I would not have booked this place if I knew that. Dave told us, it's just a hold, when in fact it was a debit that we won't get back for over a week later. The couch in the living room was filthy. We had to put a blanket over it to be able to sit on it. 2 coffee machine but no coffee available.

Staff was all very friendly. Location is close to a lot of stuff. The park and Brickell area are short walks or the Brickell loop train is across the street. Lots of dining near by. Much better than a typical hotel room.
