"The older hotel is clean with very friendly and helpful staff. It is a dog friendly hotel, guests were mindful to keep them on a leash. The room was spacious and the kitchenette stocked with dishes and flatware for 4. A variety of cookware and an induction cooktop. Several cooking utensils and one chef knife. We missed a can opener - with Safeway and Dollar Tree just over a block away - we were able to buy one. It was convenient to make meals and late night snacks for growing, always hungry kids. The hotel is close to the London Bridge and beaches without being in the business and noise of many tourists - a plus with kids to recharge in a quiet setting. The pool area was clean. Breakfast had some muffins, bagels, and a pancake maker - all the typical American cereals, juice and coffee with cold boiled eggs and yogurt in the fridge. Overall a great choice for boaters and jetski’s as the parking lot has some pull through parking options specifically for vehicles with trailers."

"This property far exceeded our expectations! We traveled with our three grown children and their families to a family wedding at Havasu Springs Resort. The entire event was magical. The house is not only large, but also well appointed. The chefs dream kitchen was fun for our budding chefs to utilize.. The cherry on top of the cake, was the amazing garage filled with “adult toys”. Every vintage arcade game that you could hope or dream of.was available with no quarters necessary! Although riverfront the property was well secured so we had no fear of our toddlers playing outside on the beautiful decks both downstairs and upstairs! The host was available and responsive for all questions before and during our stay. We not only highly recommend this property, but will also be staying there again ourselves."

"Everything was good, we had a great time. We did lose water for 3 hours due to a waterline breaking across the street. I text my host at 7:30pm and I didn’t hear back from her until morning. The response I got was that happens all the time in the keys. Wasn’t looking for anything just thought it could’ve been handled a little better by the host. Also, the lot next door that is empty I was told it was first come for over flow parking if needed. But they for got to mention they charge 45 parking again which is fine but it would have been good to known this a head of time in the rental agreement. We definitely loved the place and would consider coming back for sure. "

"To start with, the road to get there is narrow and rough. Then had to sit out in their waiting parking area for way too long because they only help 1 person at a time in the office. Booked a park model trailer that was not ready or safe to stay in. Pipe used to lock sliding door. Possible mold in cabinets. Spiders and terrible odor while running the water. After realizing it was the hot water supply that was nasty, it was past office closing time. Long story short, left early, put in for a refund but, wasn't refunded for the first night. The lake view was nice."

"Perfect escape property! Comfortable with plenty of space and heated pool! Great to have a garage for parking and fantastic sunset view! Nice grocery store nearby made it convenient for us to cook meals and grill out! Great communication from Marcy, the host!"
