Prime spot ON the CALIFORNIA SIDE in RIVER LODGE RESORT! Amazing views, huge multi level patio, boat parking, and a carved out beach to chill! Not all river front properties are created equal and this spot is a gem. Moor your boat out front and launch is a couple hundred yards away. No boat? No problem! Enjoy the beach, the patio, beautiful views and great fishing right in front of the house. Located in River Lodge Resort this tiny home packs a big punch! With a master, loft, bathroom, living room, kitchen, and 3 AC units, this house will surely meet all your getaway needs! 1 King, 2 queens, 2 TV's with Roku for streaming, WIFI, surround sound audio with Bluetooth connection, and comfy couches. Your vacation is waiting!

River Lodge Resort is a beautiful 96-acre campground on the Colorado River. RV park, bungalow rentals, Tiny Home sales, 9-hole golf course, RV/boat storage, two boat launches, clubhouse with gym and a general store. Unpretentious, old-school campground with a few modern conveniences like park-wide WIFI and a riverfront yoga studio.

Please note Parker Dam is closed from 11pm-5am. If you are arriving during those hours or are towing a trailer you have to cross to the California side in the town of Parker.

Bluetooth capability on the sound system. Connect to 'Esinkin BT Adaptor' and turn the stereo input to 'Portable' to stream music from their phone, which can play from the inside and outside speakers or switch back and forth.

Please note that there is a pet fee of $50 per pet, per stay.

Paradise at the River!

Loved the tiny home - it had all of the necessary commodities. The location and views were awesome! Has such a relaxing holiday weekend - can't wait to go again! Layla is an awesome host!

I had a very lengthy review of this property, but VRBO would not allow me to say what this property is really like. Not cussing. They just won’t let me describe how this property actually is.I rented the property for four adults. Realistically, this property is for two adults and two children. They don’t tell you that though. In the listing, this property says that there are no hidden fees, and all fees are upfront. That is not true. You will pay for your pet, if you bring one. It is not included in the fees listed on the listing. The listing description, and what is listed under amenities, are misleading. Horrible experience with the property, and VRBO, regarding giving an accurate review. The only thing I will say that’s good about this property is the view. The host had nothing to do with that. That was provided by nature.
