"This property far exceeded our expectations! We traveled with our three grown children and their families to a family wedding at Havasu Springs Resort. The entire event was magical. The house is not only large, but also well appointed. The chefs dream kitchen was fun for our budding chefs to utilize.. The cherry on top of the cake, was the amazing garage filled with “adult toys”. Every vintage arcade game that you could hope or dream of.was available with no quarters necessary! Although riverfront the property was well secured so we had no fear of our toddlers playing outside on the beautiful decks both downstairs and upstairs! The host was available and responsive for all questions before and during our stay. We not only highly recommend this property, but will also be staying there again ourselves."

"To start with, the road to get there is narrow and rough. Then had to sit out in their waiting parking area for way too long because they only help 1 person at a time in the office. Booked a park model trailer that was not ready or safe to stay in. Pipe used to lock sliding door. Possible mold in cabinets. Spiders and terrible odor while running the water. After realizing it was the hot water supply that was nasty, it was past office closing time. Long story short, left early, put in for a refund but, wasn't refunded for the first night. The lake view was nice."

"Great location. Able to fish the Colorado River off the dock. The house is close to Lake Havasu. The property was very clean and spacious. There is a 50 pet fee. "

"We had a fantastic stay at this riverfront property! The accommodations were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location right on the river was a highlight having access to the boat dock made it easy to enjoy time on the water.The game room and hot tub were big hits, especially for the kids they had an amazing time and never ran out of things to do. It’s a great spot for families looking to relax and have fun together.The host was also excellent very responsive, helpful, and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. We would absolutely come back and highly recommend this place to others!"

"Had a great experience house and property was as advertised highly recommend the only problem was the security lights stayed on all night with no way to turn off so there was to much light in the bedrooms had to sleep with covers over my head "

"Great location and amenities!! My family and I had an awesome stay. Bed linens could use a refresh, and my son was disappointed that the pool table was actually air hockey but he survive. Lol. Really was a very comfortable stay in a perfect location and proximity to launch. Host was very easy to communicate with and left a very helpful manual for nearby attractions and info about the stay. "This year was the 4th time we have rented this house. It is the perfect location for all the things we love to do. Riding our side by side in the desert, visiting with friends, dining at restaurants located on the Colorado River.The Hillcrest Bay subdivision is a very quiet neighborhood. And is very convenient for going on walks."
