"Kitchen was well stocked with every appliance and spices.Hoise well set up, loves outdoor kitchen and hot tub. Each room had its own tv which was also a bonus. Host responsive and friendly. Would stay again."

"The house was very nice and well taken care of. All rooms were well supplied for all needs. This home is not for boaters. Does not have room to park if other homes are occupied. Neighbor is not friendly and made untrue accusations. Wanted to speak to neighbor but suddenly became a ghost. "

"Outstanding place to stay for a week at Havasu Lake. We had a group of 10, ranging from 5 to 70 in age. Celebrated three birthdays during our stay. Parked a rented boat at the nearby marina which was only 10 minutes away. The location is next to the desert which gave us feeling of being away from the city. The place was clean and well kept. We enjoyed indoor and outdoor dining!"

"Great property with commanding views of the river. We had never been to Lake Havasu Ciry, but the town and the house did not disappoint. The pool was excellent and perfect for early mornings while the hot tub (though we had no need for heating) was great in the late afternoon since it was shaded from the sun. Overall, we had a great time and are looking forward to staying there again when hiking season kicks into full gear in the winter. "
