"The property is great if you plan staying outside. The pool and beach areas are nice. The staff is super nice (there was one staff member who was rude but I don’t hold that against the rest of the staff). The bars have yummy cocktails. The rooms are rundown and smell like mildew. Housekeeping only comes if requested. "

"To start with, the road to get there is narrow and rough. Then had to sit out in their waiting parking area for way too long because they only help 1 person at a time in the office. Booked a park model trailer that was not ready or safe to stay in. Pipe used to lock sliding door. Possible mold in cabinets. Spiders and terrible odor while running the water. After realizing it was the hot water supply that was nasty, it was past office closing time. Long story short, left early, put in for a refund but, wasn't refunded for the first night. The lake view was nice."

"Perfect escape property! Comfortable with plenty of space and heated pool! Great to have a garage for parking and fantastic sunset view! Nice grocery store nearby made it convenient for us to cook meals and grill out! Great communication from Marcy, the host!"

"We had a great time at this house. The view out back was great. However, the house was listed as a luxury home and from the pictures it looked like it. The pictures were not accurate. There were things listed that weren’t there and things that didn’t work. The home needs a lot of repairs inside and out. I sent a note to the manager and she said they would look at the things that need to be fixed. "

"Great location. Able to fish the Colorado River off the dock. The house is close to Lake Havasu. The property was very clean and spacious. There is a 50 pet fee. "

"We had a fantastic stay at this riverfront property! The accommodations were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location right on the river was a highlight having access to the boat dock made it easy to enjoy time on the water.The game room and hot tub were big hits, especially for the kids they had an amazing time and never ran out of things to do. It’s a great spot for families looking to relax and have fun together.The host was also excellent very responsive, helpful, and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. We would absolutely come back and highly recommend this place to others!"
